The perfect mattress

It’s actually only logical, but it’s often not taken into account when buying a mattress: Not all bodies are the same, and not all mattresses are the same. When choosing a mattress, the body type plays the main role. Not only the weight, but also the measurements of different parts of the body.

COMPUTER-AIDED BODY MEASUREMENT

ALL-IMPORTANT – THE LYING TEST!

To find the right mattress for you, we first measure your body. We use a computer-aided measuring system to record your body contour in detail: shoulder and pelvic width, lumbar position and other body data are recorded. We also ask for other relevant data, such as the preferred sleeping position and, of course, body height and weight.
The software then uses all the data to calculate which type of mattress is best for you. Criteria such as firmness level, type of materials or the fabric structure of the different mattress sections are decisive

Of course, no software can decide which mattress you ultimately feel comfortable on – only the way you feel when you lie on it. We would therefore like to invite you to try them out.
The firmness of mattresses is particularly important for a comfortable and healthy body position. It provides information about the weight class for which a mattress is suitable. However, there is no standard for determining the degree of hardness; manufacturers define it differently. The rule of thumb serves as a rough guide: The heavier the mattress, the softer it should be. In the end, however, the decisive factor is always how you feel when lying down.
So the best thing to do is simply drop by for a measurement and a trial fitting and let our specialist staff advise you. We look forward to being there for you.

WHAT IS A DEGREE OF HARDNESS?

When buying a mattress, there is always talk of the mattress firmness level. But what exactly does the firmness level actually indicate and why is this figure so important when buying a mattress?
The mattress firmness level (H) is a measure of the firmness of a mattress. This provides information about how hard or soft a mattress is. To ensure the orthopaedically correct position of the spine, the degree of firmness should always match your physique.
The differences in firmness are achieved by using different mattress cores (cold foam, latex, springs, etc.). The problem is that there are no uniform standards. Depending on the manufacturer, the mattress is offered in different firmness levels. This often has a misleading effect on the consumer. On average, the specified degrees of hardness vary between 3 and 5 gradations, with a classification into four degrees of hardness (H1, H2, H3, H4) being the most widespread.

HÄRTEGRAD-KLASSIFIZIERUNG
